Chuck has been a full time Realtor^® in the Boise area since 1981. Kathie has

been selling real estate full time since 1984. Both Kathie and Chuck have

served on numerous Ada County Association committees designed to promote

and improve their profession and encourage community service.

Kathie has earned the "Certified Residential Specialist" designation.
To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation,
every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of
real estate transactions. To help make the home buying and selling
process more rewarding, every CRS Designee must have a proven
track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related
areas like finance, technology and marketing.

Chuck has earned the CSP designation. This Realtor designation stands for "Certified New Home Sales Professional". Realtors with this designation have completed an intensive courses offered by the Institute of Residential Marketing, a subsidiary of the National Association of Home Builders. Areas of study including the technical side of home construction, differences between selling new and resale homes, selling from blueprints, energy efficiency, and more. These Realtors are experts in the field of new construction.

Since starting their real estate careers, Kathie & Chuck have consistently

been a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club

   "After 22 years of selling real estate, I still ""LOVE"" my job. I have  

    been a member of the Top Producer Club & Circle of Excellence since

    1985. I have had the opportunity to work on numerous real estate

    committees. I am certified to teach courses for new licensees and

    continuing education courses for licensed Realtors_®. I pride myself in

    always putting my clients & customers needs first. I am a mother of 5

    grown children, one perfect granddaughter & grandson plus a

    stepmother to an outstanding 18 year old soccer player. My husband,

    Chuck, & I share the real estate profession. We are working & sharing

    a wonderful blessed life together."
 

                

    Chuck was born and raised in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. He moved to Boise

    in 1977, attended Boise State University obtaining a bachelor of a

    business degree. Licensed and active in Boise area Real Estate Sales

    and Development since 1981, Chuck is dedicated to service & detail.

    Chuck has a 18 year old son currently attending college.
